Online Systems: Support and Training
GRADdirect systems offer the ability for candidates to 'self serve' themselves for online testing, as well as booking in for telephone interviews and assessment centres. Alternatively, we can offer a 'fully supported' service across the recruitment process managed directly by our account management team. We are also able to customise our approach, and can supply a combination of both self serve and fully supported services.
As part of the online technology solutions we offer, we provide comprehensive training and user guides. You will also have direct access to an account manager, for assistance.
