Our approach is based on consultative engagement, which, for some clients is an annual review after many years of working together, and for others a detailed audit of current processes, environmental factors and graduate attitudes to their organisation and it's employer brand.

Our experts analyse existing organisational data, along with information gathered by us to map a competency framework which highlights and builds a picture of what graduate recruitment success looks like.  It is this information which we use to drive the development of the entire recruitment campaign.
